Diversify Ice Fellowship & Foundation (DIFF) is a figure skating development program for qualified skaters that can benefit from empowerment in the sport. It was created by Joel Savary, a coach who has experienced and witnessed many barriers to figure skating.
The program attracts skaters from untapped communities who have demonstrated talent and need. Intrinsically, the program is designed to develop a cadre of potential champions from untapped communities. We hope to get there by sponsoring and mentoring skaters while providing them with opportunities and networks to help them excel.
